Position**:Visualizer**

CTC: Up to 6 LPA

Annual Retention Bonus - 10%. This is part of the above CTC and released on completion of one year. Subject to being on the payroll and not serving notice period.

City: Mumbai

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Visualise creative concepts and designs for digital materials, including but not limited to marketing collateral, brochures, posters, banners, social media graphics, websites, logos, presentations, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as Customer Success, Copywriters, and Art Directors, to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure consistency in visual branding elements across all materials, maintaining brand guidelines and standards.
- Participate in developing and evolving the brand's visual identity, suggesting improvements and updates as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques, incorporating new ideas and best practices into your work.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work on time.
- Maintain organized files and assets for easy access and future reference.
- Work collaboratively with other designers, cross-functional teams, and clients to receive feedback and make necessary design revisions.
- Be adaptable to different projects, ranging from small quick-turnaround tasks to large-scale, long-term projects.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in applied art or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- **Proven experience of 2+ years as a visualizer in a creative agency.**:

- Software Skills: Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of animation would be an added advantage.
- An impressive portfolio showcasing a range of design work and creativity.
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
