**Frameboxx Animation & VFX | Game, Kothrud** is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic faculty as a **Game Design Instructor/Professor/Faculty**.

We are looking for a passionate educator and industry professional to inspire and mentor the next generation of game designers, developers, and storytellers.

You will be responsible for developing and teaching a range of undergraduate and/or graduate courses covering the full spectrum of game development, from conceptualization to post-production.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction and Curriculum Development**: Design and deliver engaging and effective courses in game design, including but not limited to game mechanics, level design, narrative design, game theory, and prototyping. Develop and refine curriculum to remain current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- **Student Mentorship**: Provide academic and career advising to students. Guide students in the development of their portfolios and capstone projects. Foster a collaborative and supportive studio environment.
- **Technical Expertise**: Instruct students in the use of industry-standard game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine, as well as other relevant software for design, art, and programming.
- **Industry Engagement**: Maintain strong connections with the game development industry to provide students with relevant insights, networking opportunities, and potential career pathways.
- **Institutional Contribution**: Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and college-wide initiatives. Contribute to the growth and development of the game design program.

**Required Qualifications**:

- A degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Game Design, Interactive Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of [Number] years of professional experience in the game development industry, with a portfolio of shipped titles or significant project contributions.
- Demonstrable expertise in one or more core areas of game design (e.g., systems design, level design, narrative design).
- Proficiency with industry-standard game engines (Unity and/or Unreal Engine).
- Strong understanding of the game development pipeline and the collaborative nature of game creation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A terminal degree in a relevant field.
- Previous teaching experience at the college or university level.
- Expertise in a secondary area such as game art, programming (C++, C#), virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), or user interface/user experience (UI/UX) design.
- A record of creative work, publications, or conference presentations in the field of game design.
- Experience with online or hybrid course delivery.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
