**Job Title**: Game Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Game Design & Prototyping**: Design and prototype core gameplay systems and mechanics.
- **Player Experience**: Focus on creating balanced, fun, and engaging gameplay that drives player satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with artists, developers, and producers to integrate designs seamlessly into the game.
- **Iterative Development**: Use player feedback and analytics to refine mechanics and improve overall game experience.
- **Documentation & Quality**: Write clear design documentation and support testing to ensure high-quality gameplay.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency with **UNITY** and other game design tools.
- Strong understanding of gameplay mechanics, player engagement, and retention strategies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to iterate on designs based on feedback and data.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
