**Job Description**:
Designation : CTO

Reporting : COO

Location : Hyderabad

**Role Weightage**

40%: Technology, R&D

20%: Process Ownership

40%: Team Handling & Delivery Timelines

We are looking for someone to lead the efforts in building a fintech platform and provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business.

What are we looking for:

- Drive the product including design, planning and execution
- Clear communication and ability to work in a cross team environment
- Willingness to work in a startup environment and manage ambiguity and varied stake holders
- Ability to lead and manage a team, scale it up with exceptional resources
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Exposure to cyber security, blockchain or AI will be a good plus
- Come up with innovative/ latest technology solutions and execute in time
- Ability to come up with a implementation road map aligned with the business goals
- Willingness to develop large scale SAAS platform
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Implement best practices of coding, testing and modularity
- Technologies we are working on Angular, Node JS, Google Cloud, AWS, Ionic, PHP, Mongo DB, MySQL, Block chain
