About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology vision and execution for our IT firm. As a core member of the leadership team, the CTO will be responsible for driving technical innovation, overseeing product and service development, and ensuring the scalability, security, and reliability of our technology infrastructure. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep technical expertise, a passion for innovation, and the ability to align technology initiatives with business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Technology Strategy & Vision:

- Define and implement the company’s long-term technology roadmap.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to stay competitive in the IT services and product landscape.
- Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead and mentor cross-functional tech teams including software developers, IT support, DevOps, and QA.
- Build a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
- Architecture & Product Oversight:

- Oversee the design, architecture, and deployment of scalable, secure, and robust software solutions.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of IT products and services to clients.
- Operations & Infrastructure:

- Manage infrastructure, cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.), security, and data governance.
- Drive automation, monitoring, and efficiency improvements across tech operations.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Work closely with Business Development and Client Servicing teams to understand client needs and translate them into tech solutions.
- Present technical strategies and updates to internal and external stakeholders, including clients and investors.
- Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to industry standards, data protection laws (e.g., GDPR), and security best practices.
- Monitor and mitigate technology-related risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading IT strategy and execution in a mid to large-scale IT services or product company.
- Expertise in software development methodologies, full-stack technologies, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, DevOps, and agile delivery frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and digital transformation.

Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS product development.
- Background in enterprise software, CRM, ERP, or cloud-native app development.
- Familiarity with global IT delivery models and offshore team management.
