**Sales (LAP) Executive**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Tele caller has to call the customers with an objective of generating leads for Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Tele caller should be good in sales where the LAP product has to be pitched to the client.
- Should be able to effectively communicate while providing quality customer service as well as actively pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all collection efforts.
- Negotiate with customers to ensure they can make their account current.
- Work with the team members and the team lead to ensure the team meets the targets month on month.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Must be Graduate
- Should have good knowledge of LAP Product and who can understand customer concerns and can address issues of the client
- At least 1 year of sales experience in domestic BPO voice process
- Good Team player
