**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct precise land surveys using industry-standard equipment, including DGPS, Auto Level, and Total Station.

2. Collaborate with project teams to gather and analyze survey data for various land development projects.

3. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of survey measurements, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.

4. Utilize surveying software and tools to process and interpret data.

5. Prepare detailed survey reports and maps for internal and client review.

6. Maintain and calibrate survey equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.

7. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.

2. Proficiency in operating DGPS, Auto Level, and Total Station equipment is mandatory.

3. Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and industry best practices.

4. Familiarity with relevant surveying software for data processing.

5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.

6. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
