We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Waiter to join our team. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests by offering friendly and efficient service. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Greeting and seating guests in a timely and friendly manner.

Presenting menus, answering questions, and providing recommendations on food and beverages.

Taking accurate food and drink orders and conveying them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.

Serving food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Checking on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.

Handling payments and providing accurate change or processing credit card transactions.

Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth service and maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Upselling additional items and promoting special offers or menu items to increase revenue.

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Providing excellent customer service by anticipating guests' needs and addressing them proactively.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role is preferred.

Strong knowledge of food and beverages, including wine pairing and cocktail preparation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy trays if necessary.

A friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
