The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in managing household staff, formal service, and day-to-day household operations.Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized service to the employer and family, including wardrobe management, table service, and errand running Oversee and coordinate household staff, including housekeepers, drivers, and chefs Manage household schedules, guest arrangements, and event coordination Handle travel arrangements, packing/unpacking, and itinerary management Ensure the upkeep and security of the residence, including liaising with maintenance vendors Greet and attend to guests with warmth and discretion Maintain inventories for pantry, beverages, and personal items Serve meals and beverages with formal table service when required Uphold a high level of hygiene, discretion, and confidentiality at all timesRequirements: Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a personal butler or household manager in a private residence or luxury hospitality environment Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred Impeccable grooming, etiquette, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Trustworthy, discreet, and highly professional Strong knowledge of household protocol, silver service, and hospitality standards Willingness to travel with the family when required Valid driver’s license (preferred)Preferred Qualifications: Certification from a recognized butler or hospitality training school Experience working in UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) households Culinary knowledge is a plusTo Apply : Interested candidates may email their resume and references to prantika.banerjee@visa-group.com.
