**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with our brand's vision and objectives.
- Set up and operate camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording devices to ensure high-quality production.
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects as needed to enhance video content.
- Manage and organize digital assets and maintain an archive of video content.
- Ensure all video content adheres to Flo Mattress brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually improve video production techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer, preferably in a consumer goods or lifestyle brand setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects, including product videos, customer testimonials, and promotional content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.
- Solid understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and composition.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
