**Key Responsibilities**:

- Shoot high-quality videos of real estate projects, properties, and client events.
- Plan and execute video shoots including property walkthroughs, aerial (drone) shots, and lifestyle content.
- Edit raw footage into engaging, polished videos for marketing, social media, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and real estate teams to understand project requirements.
- Enhance videos with graphics, animations, music, and voiceovers when required.
- Ensure brand guidelines and quality standards are consistently maintained.
- Manage video files, organize footage, and deliver content within deadlines.
- Stay updated with trends in real estate video marketing and editing styles.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer/Video Editor, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Strong shooting skills with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Experience with drone videography (preferred).
- Creative storytelling and attention to visual detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
