**Job Title: System Administrator (with DevOps Skills)**
**Experience**: 3-5 years
**Location**: Mysuru, Karnataka
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Work Mode**: Onsite
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator, with strong exposure to DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in using Git, GitLab, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Maven builds, shell scripting, and automation tools.
- Good understanding of SSL certificate management and secure deployments.
- Working knowledge of networking concepts - LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches.
- Familiarity with Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, systems, and network equipment (Windows/Linux).
- Handle Git and GitLab for version control and collaboration.
- Design, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Maven, and shell scripts for continuous integration and automated deployments.
- Automate system tasks and deployments using scripts (Bash/Shell).
- Implement and maintain data backup strategies and disaster recovery processes.
- Ensure IT security through firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint protection tools.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access control according to company policies.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and industry best practices.
- Maintain documentation of infrastructure, configurations, deployment processes, and IT assets.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement, licensing, and escalated support.
- Participate in IT audits, infrastructure upgrades, and capacity planning.
