- Master’s Degree in the relevant field. - UX Design, UI Design. Immersive Tech, New Media Digital

**Job Location**:

- Bengaluru

**Key Competencies:

- **Good with visualization, storyboarding, and design thinking skills. Should be well versed with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, InDesign, Premier Pro, Audition, etc). Ability to work on 3D modeling software (Blender, Fusion 360, Maya, etc.) Understanding and ability to work with Arduino, IOT-based devices, etc will be an added advantage.

**KRA** - The faculty will be responsible for teaching the students UI /UX where the key knowledge area would be that of animation and graphics (including that for UI / UX). The faculty will be responsible to develop and inculcate the design thinking process among the students and should be ready to up-skill himself/ herself on the new design technologies of Game design and Interaction design. The faculty will also be responsible for marking and judging student work and give timely feedback along with other faculty duties.

**Academic**:
1. Teaching - Lesson planning, class preparation, class hours, student assessment and feedback and documentation.

2. Researching on a range of topics relevant to the course and providing inputs during course planning

3. Planning out-of-campus workshops / visits

4. Streamlining course deliveries

5. Attending school events and garnering support for them

6. Encouraging and supporting participation and winning awards in external competitions

7. Active participation in supporting student co-curricular activities

**Student**:
1. Identifying students who need additional support and course correction on as-is-need basis

2. Supporting student learning with empathy

3. Fostering the students’ emotional, intellectual, value and cultural growth and helping them integrate all layers of their personality

4. Providing students with a holistic education

5. Addressing students’ doubts

6. Student advising and support

**Administration**:
1. Attendance

3. Supporting and participating in Institution building programs

4. Building teaching resources - Sample files that support demonstrations, prototypes, documentations of the year, collection and documentation of outstanding student work

5. Helping in the organization of school events

6. Supporting outreach activities - organizing workshops, boot camps, and any other activity, need based

7. Providing impetus and support for experiments in Innovation

8. Sharing ideas / relevant information with all team members

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
