**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Maintaining material tracker on daily basis for all projects
- Coordinates n document internal n external customer requirement.
- Identify sourced of supply/demand variation Identify problem n maintain priorities for in work process.
- Communicates accord to full action to report risk and issues.
- Conduct source selections, negotiation and document purchase contract/contract changes.
- Enforces contract terms and conditions.
- Develop and inform contract negotiation strategies for indirect procurement.
- Vendor performance and financial health management and capacity to deliver product and services.
- Evaluate supplier proposal for cost, lead time, quality and risk.
- Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
- Initiate supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies.
- Making records for having sent the materials to site.
- Maintaining material tracker on daily basis for all the projects Handling correspondence independently.

**Work Experience : 2-3 Yrs**

**Educational Qualification : Any Degree with Computer knowledge is must**

**Work Location : SIPCOT, Perundurai**
