**Job Title: Civil Purchase Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Material Procurement**:

- Source and procure construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, electricals, plumbing, etc.) as per project requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites to avoid delays.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain a healthy vendor database and relationship.
- **Purchase Orders & Documentation**:

- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) with complete specifications.
- Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and approvals for purchases.
- **Market Rate Analysis**:

- Conduct regular market rate analysis to get competitive pricing.
- Monitor trends and recommend cost-effective alternatives.
- **Inventory Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the store and site teams for stock monitoring.
- Avoid overstocking or shortages of critical materials.
- **Quality Compliance**:

- Ensure materials purchased meet quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for material testing when required.
- **Cost Control**:

- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives through efficient sourcing and negotiations.
- Track and control material purchase budgets.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of civil construction materials and specifications.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Tally, or other procurement tools).
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for reports and comparisons).
- Understanding of taxation (GST, TDS) and commercial terms.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in a construction company or infrastructure project

Pay: ₹9,376.06 - ₹31,911.48 per month
