**Salary**: -10,000-15,000 per month

Experience:
- Total experience: -3 years of experience in student recruitment, counselling, or related fields.
- Minimum experience: -1-2 years of experience as an academic counsellor

Education: -Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.

Eligibility: -Only female applicants are required.

Skillset:
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

**Profile Introduction**:
Join our dynamic team as an Admission Counselor and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aspiring students. As an Admission Counselor, you will be at the forefront of our institution's recruitment efforts, guiding prospective students through the admission process and helping them make informed decisions about their academic future.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Student Guidance**: Provide personalized guidance to prospective students regarding our institution's programs, admission requirements, and academic offerings.
- **Information Sessions**: Conduct informative sessions and presentations to educate students and parents about the institution's curriculum, facilities, and extracurricular opportunities.
- **Recruitment Events**: Represent the institution at college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events to attract potential applicants and promote our academic programs.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with academic departments, admissions staff, and other stakeholders to streamline the admission process and enhance the overall student experience.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in student recruitment, counselling, or customer service roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is desirable.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for recruitment events and student appointments.
- Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
