**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a professional and patient-focused **Customer Care Executive** to manage customer and patient interactions during the evening shift. The role involves handling inquiries related to diagnostic tests, bookings, reports, and home collection services, while ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for every patient.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist patients with test information, booking home sample collections, and appointment scheduling.
- Provide updates on test reports and coordinate with the lab team for timely delivery.
- Address patient queries and resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Record patient details accurately in the system (CRM / software).
- Coordinate with collection staff, phlebotomists, and lab teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain follow-ups with patients to ensure high satisfaction and service quality.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, data confidentiality, and service standards.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass with good communication skills.
- Prior experience in **healthcare, pathology, or diagnostic services** preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in **English, Hindi, and Marathi**.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work **evening shifts**.
