Pune, India Platinum Logistics Full time

Keep current with requirements regarding documentation and archival from a legal and regulatory perspective

Work with users (e.g., institutional, home office, ) to help communicate policy, firm requirements, and functionality of documents and forms

Collect material for routine updates and perform any necessary printing, uploading, and archival documentation

Work with Logistics to continually provide necessary updates and information, keeping workflow and shelf documents synchronized

Perform daily detail reviews for materials

Other duties as assigned by Documentation & Process Manager or Department Manager

Proactively identifies innovative opportunities to enhance client experience and business/process efficiency and effectiveness

Assists and validates system/project functionality (UAT) and interdependencies of the end to end process with stakeholders and the overall client experience

Updating and maintaining databases in the computer systems

Managing & processing various data and producing high quality outputs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: ₹13,260.00 - ₹27,380.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
