Role & responsibilities :

Lead the commissioning activities for biodiesel plants, ensuring successful installation and start-up of equipment.

  1. Provides the assistance to the project planning & designing team.

  2. Co-ordinates with others teams within the group

  3. Process knowledge of Soap Plant Process & production.

  4. Set up the Dosing systems and Pump & Soap Plant Equipments as per standards.

  5. Hand on experience on Pump/PHE/Chemical Dosing System.

  6. Develop the new resources and adjust the formulas for the existing products according to the

requirement.

  1. Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.

  2. Prepares reports of operations & Breakdown and related documents

  3. Set up the standards of operation, production process programs & quality standards and

ensure the implement.

  1. Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel and identify training needs.

  2. Monitor productivity rates and ensure the production will be cost effective.

  3. Collate and analyse data, putting together production reports for management use.

  4. Determine number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)

  5. Enforce health and safety precautions.

  6. If production gets hampered, he should know the cause of production losses. To find out the

exact issue/Problem and know the required solution to the same.

  1. Follow the safety aspects of all activities during execution of the project.

  2. Follow up with civil contractors, Mechanical contractors and internal team.

  3. Supervise day to day contractor`s activities & guide them to do the things as per approved

drawings & project plan.

  1. Maintain good relationship with contractor and customer personnel so that they will work as

per our requirement & will feel as part of project.

Preferred candidate profile : Process Industry like Bio diesel Production, Bio-Diesel, etc.

Key requirements:

1) Ready to travel PAN India /Overseas - Mandatory (as per project requirement)

2) Required Valid Passport.

3) Should Have Knowledge of Auto Cad, Able to understand drawing Etc.
