New Store Opening Executive

Responsibilities:
1. Execute comprehensive plan for the setup and launch of new franchise locations from initial preparation to opening day.

2. Support all the initiatives in new store opening i.e. pre-opening, opening and post opening support will be provided to the franchise.

3. Coordinating with franchise owner and vendors for successful setup of the new franchise

4. Oversee the procurement of necessary equipment, supplies, and furniture for each new location, ensuring that all items meet brand standards and quality expectations.

5. Coordinate closely with the Account and Legal department to ensure that all legal, Monetary and contractual requirements are met before the launch of each new franchise

6. Collaborate and coordination with the Infrastructure, construction and design teams to ensure that each franchise location is built and designed according to brand specifications and within the established timeframe

7. Provide training programs for new franchise staff and owner, providing comprehensive guidance on company policies, procedures, SOP, Brand Guidelines and operational standards.

8. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for the launch of each new franchise (Pre-Opening, Opening day and Post opening), ensuring that the opening receives adequate local and regional exposure to reach targeted no of people in local area.

9. Coordinate to Supply chain team to ensure franchise has adequate raw material for the initial phase of operations

10. Provide post-launch support to new franchise locations, monitoring their performance and assisting in the resolution of any operational issues that may arise during the initial phases of operation.

11. Complete the whole setup of COCO outlets as well as like Franchisees.

12. Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as may be reasonably expected of the role and as necessary in order to achieve the objectives of the function and Yewale Amruttulya’s goals

Skills Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree in related field or diploma in project management

2. Proven experience in related field 2-3 years

3. Strong co-ordination skills and excellent communication skills required

4. Leadership, organization and multitasking skills

5. Willingness to travel to various locations to oversee the setup and launch of new franchise openings

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
