Job Title: Center In-Charge cum Counsellor

Location: Indore

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Center Management:

- Oversee the daily operations of the skill center and ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure that training programs are conducted as per the schedule and standards.
- Manage attendance, track student performance, and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle the center’s resources efficiently, ensuring the availability of necessary materials and tools for training.
- Coordinate with trainers and staff to address any operational issues.
- Ensure the center follows all compliance and safety regulations.

Counselling & Student Support:

- Counsel students on the benefits of various courses, helping them choose the right training program.
- Guide students through the admission process and ensure they are aware of course requirements.
- Provide career counseling and advice on employment opportunities post-training.
- Address students' queries and concerns, offering support to ensure a positive learning experience.
- Motivate students to maintain regular attendance and active participation in the training.

Reporting & Coordination:

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on student progress, center performance, and other relevant metrics.
- Liaise with external stakeholders like employers, industry experts, and placement agencies to enhance student employability.
- Assist in organizing workshops, industry visits, and placement drives.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
