**Position Summary**

Ivanti administrator will be responsible for Application packaging, deployment and maintenance of the Ivanti EPM/UWM/Intune. The continuous improvement efforts required for patch and vulnerability management. Ivanti expert will be primary remediating the setups and cleaning things up in EPM to make it work more effectively. Have deep-dive knowledge of Azure Intune MDM and BYOD management. should be a good team player with great time management and organizational skills.

**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities**
- Software Ivanti Endpoint Manager, Intune, BYOD management, Jamf OR some other endpoint management tool.
- Knowledge of Windows & MAC patching/deployments using these tools.
- Scripting/coding skills are a plus (PowerShell, Visual Studio, Debugging, etc)
- Advanced troubleshooting skills of Windows and Mac based systems
- Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
- Good knowledge on Ivanti, Intune and bit locker.
Experience with Ivanti products for Application packaging, upgrade, deployment and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Software Distribution, Patch Deployment using Ivanti Endpoint Manager.
- Hands on experience on Intune Auto Pilot, Compliance policy, Configuration profile.
- Coordinate with client to deliver the resolution within SLA time frame.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to update the critical issues and provide resolutions.
- Good knowledge on ITSM tools like service-now for incidents, service requests or change managements
Ensure software and support license details are logged and assets are tracked.
- Assist with creating, editing, and maintaining user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Ivanti EPM system configuration, continuous improvement efforts, patch and vulnerability management.
- Experience in Support and Infrastructure troubleshooting of Intune, BYOD management, Windows 10/11 and MDT (Microsoft deployment toolkit) related issues.
- Azure Active Directory (AAD) user/Device groups and GPO management.
- Have knowledge of LRS Printing management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

**Having experience is a plus**
Citrix, CyberArk, Azure AD, Oracle, Visual Studio, VDI, LRS Print MGMT/Cloud Printing, Group Policy

**Professional qualification**
3-5 Years of experience in Ivanti end point management and Intune.
- Ivanti, Azure & Intune certifications will be a plus

**Educational Qualifications**
B. E, B. Tech, MCA, MSc-IT or equivalent degree.
- Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience on team management & project handling.
