**Position Summary**

**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities**
- Excellent knowledge and experience on Cloud Printing, Print server and relevant services.
- Working experience with Automated, migration of Windows print Server.
- Well versed with LRS Print Management Service
- Experience and knowledge on Printer queue and object management
- Good knowledge of Global Print management Systems/Solutions.
- Should have good experience on Windows print management console.
- Basic understanding of server migration under print services Platform.
- Good understanding of auditing and reporting of printer activities.
- Provide good support on printer driver management issues.
- Basic knowledge of cloud printing is added advantage
- Manage escalations and problem resolving during service interruptions.
- Hands on experience on Azure AD, Intune, Oracle, VDI, CyberArk, Group Policy
- Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities.
- Understanding of print as hardware services and its components (Toner, paper jam, badge, and drum related issues)
- Hardware migration and its maintenance for all manage & non-manage printers.
- Basic knowledge on printer consumable management.
Understanding of manage-non-manage printers (Single /multifunctional printers)
- Monitoring connectivity, synchronization, replication between printers and servers.
- Responsible to managed mobile printing by using third party apps on supported IOS and android devices.
- Creation and management of directory infrastructure
- Process requests for group printer mappings via login script
- Basic knowledge and working experience of Power shell scripting
- Oversee processes related to Endpoint Management
- Operating System Provisioning, Software Distribution, Patch Deployment, Software Packaging, Version Upgrades, Silent Installation, Power shell scripting
- Experience in Support and Infrastructure troubleshooting of Intune, BYOD management, Windows 10/11 and MDT (Microsoft deployment toolkit) related issues.
- Act as a point of contact for escalations in Endpoint Management for Windows, macOS. Technical issues escalated by IT colleagues or internal employees.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows client/server operating systems and macOS.
- Intermediate to Advanced level in PowerShell or bash scripting.
- Demonstrates flexible thinking and excellent troubleshooting skills, especially around Printer management, Ivanti Platforms, Citrix and Intune.
- Develops expert knowledge of industry best practices and uses that knowledge to provide technical support to project team members.
- Demonstrates consistency and reliability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Excellent time management, decision making and organizational skills.

**Having experience is a plus**
Ivanti EPM/UWM/Intune, Citrix, Azure AD, CyberArk, Oracle, Visual Studio, VDI, Group Policy

**Preferred Qualifications & Experience.**
- 3 to 5 year working experience on LRS/Windows print Service management.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in the Ivanti or Intune administration
- B. E, B. Tech, MCA, MSc-IT or equivalent degree.
- Print Management, Ivanti or Intune certifications will be a plus.
- Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience on team management & project handling.
