**Job Title**: Counter Sales Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers with their product inquiries.
- Provide detailed product information and help customers make purchase decisions.
- Manage counter sales transactions (billing, payments, invoicing).
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure product display/stock is up to date.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve queries effectively.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales and inventory team for smooth operations.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Customer-centric attitude with a positive approach.
