Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Food Delivery Drivers. As a Food Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of food orders to our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and representing our company in a professional and friendly manner. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent time management, communication, and navigation skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently transport food orders from the restaurant to the customer's location within the designated timeframe.
- Review and verify food orders before leaving the restaurant to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Follow predetermined routes and utilize GPS navigation systems to reach customer addresses.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with customers during the delivery process.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and respectful manner.
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving and make necessary adjustments in response to road conditions or unexpected obstacles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues or damages to the appropriate authority.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth order handoff and resolve any issues related to the order.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding food handling, delivery, and customer service.
- Stay up to date with any changes in the delivery routes, restaurant menus, or company policies.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record..
- Excellent knowledge of local roads, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
