We are Hiring For FG Inventory Executive at KGK Jewelry Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. following are key responsibilities:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate records of finished goods inventory, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained to meet business demands.
- **Stock Audits & Reconciliation**: Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- **Coordination with Departments**: Work closely with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory movement and timely dispatch.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Ensure finished goods are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately as per sales orders.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Update inventory management systems with real-time stock movement data and generate reports for management review.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the condition of stored finished goods and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for streamlining inventory processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Maintain proper documentation of inventory transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain.( Fresher’s with Good Communication Skill can also apply.)
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory control best practices is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
