**Together with**:

- Administering our multi cloud customer tenancies and delivering assistance for standardizations.
- Ensuring standard documentation is adhered to and implemented across Cloud & Infrastructure.
- Assisting in day to day delivery of customer tenancy reporting for audit purposes & tracking any changes implemented in these environments.
- Hands on assistance in administering environments for Cloud & Infrastructure Operations.
- Configuring and supporting VPN’s including hybrid network configurations.
- Inventory maintenance and assistance for automated reporting of cloud environments from network, security, compute and storage implementations.
- Assisting in project driven cloud assessments and audits.
- Participating in performance troubleshooting.
- Assisting in hands on troubleshooting to develop skills further with cloud operations.
- Ensure operational management of Incidents, Requests and Changes for customers (Internal and External)
- Work on a recurring operational rota for 24/7
- **In combination with**:

- Hands on knowledge of cloud tenancy management including OCI, Azure & AWS.
- Strong awareness of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP and distributed networks.
- Sound technical administrative skills in Linux and Windows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for communicating with customers
- Excellent documentation skills and understanding of standardizing practices.
- Customer first mindset.
- Act in a professional and competent manner, to enhance the reputation of the Department within and outside the organisation
- Team coordination and collaboration
- Understanding of ITIL desirable.
- At least one Oracle OCI certification.
