Job Title: Purchase Executive - Disposable Trading Company

**Job Description**:
Position Overview: The Purchase Executive at our Disposable Trading Company plays a vital role in managing the procurement process for disposable products such as paper goods, plastic utensils, packaging materials, and related items. They are responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products while maintaining cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supplier Sourcing and Management:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of disposable products.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality of products.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.

2. Purchase Order Processing:

- Receive purchase requisitions from various departments and assess their requirements.
- Generate purchase orders accurately, detailing quantities, specifications, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor the status of open purchase orders, track deliveries, and address any discrepancies or delays.

3. Cost Control and Budgeting:

- Analyze market trends and pricing fluctuations to optimize procurement costs.
- Develop and manage budgets for disposable product procurement activities.
- Implement cost-saving strategies such as bulk purchasing, competitive bidding, and vendor consolidation.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Collaborate with quality control teams to establish product quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct supplier audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Address quality issues or product non-conformities promptly and effectively.

5. Inventory Management:

- Work closely with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels of disposable products.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and obsolescence.
- Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify opportunities for inventory optimization.

6. Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance and mitigate risks.

7. Continuous Improvement:

- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in procurement operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and new product innovations.
- Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders and implement best practices to enhance procurement effectiveness.
