Product trainer in LeadSquared is a key member of the training department. This position will help in building, managing and delivering LeadSquared certification programs for in house employees, LeadSquared partners, clients and students. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders like Product Engineering team, Sales and Professional Services team to identify and develop interactive courses for the target audience. You will also play a key role in new joiner onboarding for LeadSquared.

- ** Deliver High-Quality Experiences**: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for a diverse range of customers, partners, and employees. Ensure the overall quality of course deliveries and customer experiences, both pre
- and post-training.
- ** Seminar and Webinar Facilitation**: Organize and host seminars and webinars for internal teams, customers, and partners. Develop relevant content and presentations to educate stakeholders on industry trends, product updates, and best practices. Ensure seamless execution and provide valuable insights to participants.
- ** Cross-Organizational Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to enhance course materials and learning paths based on feedback from training sessions. Communicate valuable customer insights to account teams to inform strategic decision-making.
- ** Support Self-Learning Environments**: Assist in the development and maintenance of self-learning resources for LeadSquared products. Provide guidance and support to users engaging in self-paced learning activities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
- ** Cultivate Stakeholder Relationships**: Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and mutual success. Act as a liaison between training, sales, customer success, and product development teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years+ of experience in a similar role within the software industry, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in LeadSquared technologies and integrations, with a deep understanding of product functionalities and use cases.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and drive cross-functional initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs and driving customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
