Product Trainer

As Product Trainer, you are responsible for developing and delivering training programs on “BlueMarble Commerce” product, which is a Telecom sales and delivery orchestration platform. You will closely work with Product Owners, and Senior Engineering Leads to understand the functionality offered. You will be responsible to create training modules and deliver trainings different stakeholders.
Responsibilties
- Develop training content aligned with roadmap timeline
- Maintain/Update the training content for new functionality, in every release.
- Work on training delivery strategies
- Deliver training to internal teams and Customers. Educate clients on product capabilities and features to improve their stickiness
- Conduct training refresher programs
- Develop certifications/courses to attain different levels of proficiency for Product training.
- Develop/maintain supplementary training including reading material, assignments and exercises.
- Deliver the training content through various channels/ mediums.
Requirement:
- 10 plus years of Industry experience out of which at least 3-4 years in Communication / Telecom or related industry.
- At least 2 years of Software development or product development experience.
- Good experience and proficiency in training / teaching industry professionals in any domain.
- Exposure to latest technology like Cloud
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exposure to BSS Telecom is an added advantage
- Basic exposure to Manual testing is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Ready to travel within and outside the country
- Willing to make a big career in training / learning domain.
