**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and oversee daily machining operations (CNC/VMC/HMC, boring, milling, turning).
- Ensure adherence to drawings, tolerances, and quality standards.
- Monitor productivity, reduce setup time, and improve OEE.
- Coordinate with fabrication, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Lead machinists and operators, ensuring skill development and discipline.
- Maintain tool inventory, machine upkeep, and production reports.
- Drive process improvements and support ISO documentation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
