Industry - Heavy Fabrication

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee daily machining operations (CNC/VMC/HMC, boring, milling, turning).
  • Ensure adherence to drawings, tolerances, and quality standards.
  • Monitor productivity, reduce setup time, and improve OEE.
  • Coordinate with fabrication, quality, and maintenance teams.
  • Lead machinists and operators, ensuring skill development and discipline.
  • Maintain tool inventory, machine upkeep, and production reports.
  • Drive process improvements and support ISO documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
