As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the production process, supervising staff, and ensuring that all furniture is produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in wooden furniture manufacturing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring that schedules and targets are met.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure that all products meet our strict quality standards.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to optimize production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and promote a culture of safety within the factory.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely availability of materials.
- Address and resolve any production issues, minimizing downtime and production delays.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the wooden furniture industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health and safety standards.
- Proficiency in production management software and MS Office.
