**Job Description: Production Supervisor**

**Position**: Production Supervisor
**Department**: Manufacturing
**Reports to**: Plant Manager / Production Manager

**Job Overview**: The Production Supervisor oversees the entire production process, ensuring the efficient flow of materials and optimal productivity of machines and workers. This role demands strict control over material movement, meticulous documentation, quality control, and adherence to delivery schedules.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Material Flow Control**:

- Maintain strict control over the flow of materials in and out of the warehouse to the production floor.
- Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of all material movements.
- **Production Planning and Analysis**:

- Develop and implement production plans in coordination with the production manager.
- Analyze worker and machine productivity to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that production targets and schedules are met.
- **Quality Control and Timely Delivery**:

- Ensure all products meet quality control standards.
- Oversee the timely delivery of finished goods to meet customer deadlines.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain detailed records of material movement, production activities, and quality control checks.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using production management software and tools.

- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
