The Programming Faculty is responsible for delivering high-quality education and training in programming languages, software development methodologies, and related technologies to students enrolled in various educational programs. The faculty member will play a critical role in shaping students' understanding of programming concepts, fostering their problem-solving skills, and preparing them for successful careers in the technology industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Course Delivery**: Plan and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions to students. Teach a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and tools, adapting instructional methods to suit diverse learning styles.
- **Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update course materials, assignments, and assessments. Incorporate industry trends and best practices into the curriculum to ensure its relevance to current technological advancements.
- **Student Engagement and Support**: Provide individualized guidance to students, addressing their questions and concerns regarding programming concepts and assignments. Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging active participation and fostering student interaction.
- **Mentoring and Advising**:Serve as an academic advisor and mentor to students, assisting them in setting academic and career goals. Offer career advice, internship opportunities, and guidance on industry expectations.
- **Professional Development**: Stay up-to-date with emerging programming languages, development tools, and industry practices. Attend workshops, conferences, and seminars to enhance personal expertise and share insights with colleagues.
- **Research and Innovation**: Contribute to research projects, publications, and innovative teaching methods that advance the field of programming education. Encourage students to explore creative solutions and think critically about programming challenges.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with fellow faculty members, instructional designers, and administrators to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for students. Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and program improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
A master's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong expertise in multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, etc. In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, algorithms, and data structures. Previous teaching experience, preferably in a higher education setting, online education, or coding bootcamps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
- Passion for teaching, learning, and staying current with industry trends.
- Proficiency in using educational technologies and tools for course delivery.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
