Experience in Service Cloud/Experience Cloud/integration (SOAP/REST API) concepts.
Degn data models, integration patterns, and customizations that align with Salesforce best practices.
Hands-on involvement in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, triggers, batch classes, etc.
Experience in the Agentforce/MIAW/AI case classification/prompt builders concepts.
Deploy metadata using Copado and good knowledge on salesforce meta data components list and experience on Release management.
Expertise in the review of pull requests and merge conflict resolution.
Participate in planning, estimation, and delivery timelines for Salesforce projects.
Work with project managers, product owners, and scrum teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Provide status updates and highlight technical risks or dependencies.
Design and manage integrations with external systems using APIs or integration tools.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, peer reviews.
Maintain detailed technical documentation.
