**Job Title**:OPT Recruiter

**Location**:Ahmedabad

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Recruit US Citizen/Green Card consultants and get them on our W2
- Strong experience in H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources
- Contact recent master's students in the US and encourage them to join our consultancy
- Negotiate compensation/packages and assess qualifications for consultants
- Extensive knowledge of Visa Filling and Contract Terms
- Excellent interpersonal, rapport-building, and negotiation skills
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum of three years' experience in recruitment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Availability to work during U.S. business hours
- Independent, proactive, attentive to detail, and able to efficiently respond to tasks

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
