**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Product Implementation Support**:

- Assist in the end-to-end implementation of software solutions at client sites or remotely.
- Participate in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment of the software.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Coordinate with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into system functionalities.
- Provide first-level support during and post-implementation.
- **System Configuration**:

- Perform basic setup, configuration, and data migration activities based on client requirements.
- Assist in customizing features as per the approved scope.
- **Training and Documentation**:

- Support in preparing training materials, user manuals, and system documentation.
- Conduct training sessions for client end-users under supervision.
- **Testing and Quality Assurance**:

- Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and bug reporting.
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure smooth rollout.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Log, track, and resolve issues raised during the implementation cycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, and support) for timely resolution.
- **Process Compliance**:

- Ensure all implementation activities adhere to defined internal processes and standards.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress and status updates.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry best practices.
- Participate in internal training programs to enhance product knowledge and technical skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
