What You’ll Do:

- Deal Structuring & Approvals - Collaborate with sales and account managers to finalize deals, ensuring compliance with pricing and contract guidelines.
- CRM & Data Management - Maintain, update, and manage deal data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Process Optimization - Identify inefficiencies in the deal desk process and contribute to automation for improved efficiency.
- Data & Reporting - Monitor deal accuracy, generate reports, and analyze trends to support business decisions.
- Governance & Compliance - Assist in contract review, enforce approval workflows, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination - Work closely with internal teams (finance, sales, legal) to ensure smooth deal execution.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in business, finance, or a related field.
- Detail-Oriented & Analytical - Ability to analyze financial data, pricing models, and contract structures.
- Tech-Savvy - Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce) and finance tools is a plus; eagerness to learn new technologies is a must.
- Collaborative Communicator - Strong interpersonal skills to work across teams and relay deal requirements effectively.
- Adaptable & Self-Driven - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of process improvements.
