As a Sales Executive for a solar consulting firm, your role will be focused on promoting the company’s services, generating leads, and enhancing its market presence. Your responsibilities will involve a mix of strategic planning, execution, and analysis to effectively market solar and attract potential clients. Here’s an overview of the key responsibilities:
**Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies**
- **Strategy Development**: Create comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the solar industry and the company’s target audience.
- **Campaign Planning**: Plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote solar consulting services, including digital marketing, print media, and events.
**Lead Generation and Sales Support**
- **Generate Leads**: Develop and implement lead generation strategies, such as online advertising, content marketing, and networking events, to attract potential clients.
- **Sales Support**: Work closely with the sales team to provide them with high-quality leads and support materials that can help in closing deals.
**Advertising and Promotion**
- **Advertising Campaigns**: Develop and manage advertising campaigns, including online ads, print ads, and direct mail, to promote solar consulting services.
- **Promotional Materials**: Create and distribute brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials to increase awareness and attract potential clients.
**Customer Relationship Management**
- **Client Communication**: Maintain regular communication with existing clients and prospects to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve marketing strategies and service offerings.

**Educational Qualifications**
- **Degree Or Diploma**: A bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field is commonly required. Degree or Diploma in Marketing & Sales would be more preferred or role accept equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
**Professional Experience**
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in marketing & Sales or a related field. Experience in the renewable energy sector or with solar products/services is a plus but not always required.
- **Skills Development**: Hands-on experience with digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation strategies is often necessary.
**Skills and Competencies**
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze marketing metrics, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages, create engaging content, and interact with clients and stakeholders.

- Total responsibility and accountability of commercial, industrial and residential sales with focus on the Industries, Schools, Hotels, Architects, Contractors, Builders etc.
- Monitor industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers, technological changes and new offerings etc.
- The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Visit the customer, understand the requirements.
- Processing of Bills & follow-up for timely recovery of outstanding amounts due from the customers.
- Must Have his Own Vehicle.
- Salary for Solar Sales Executive package-1.20 to 1.80 Lakh per annum.
