**Job Title: Project Coordinator - Interior Fit-Out**

**Job description**:
Experience in **Commercial Civil & Interior fit out** project execution.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage all project documentation
- Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines
- Assist with estimation and bidding process
- Responsible for planning & monitoring project management strategies.
- Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders.
- Coordination with teams across departments for process implementation.
- Collate and analyze data and generate reports.
- Conducting project audits and analyzing project progress and execution.
- Monitor project compliance and alignment of business strategies.
- Proactively resolve project related issues and bottlenecks.
- Ensure quality of project by regular inspections.
- Recommend and ensure continuous improvement in the project management process.
- Ensure EHS compliance on site.
- Manage day-to-day aspects of project plan and scope.
- Coordinate and track dependencies for the successful completion of the project.
- Ensure proper documentation for projects.
- Ensure SOP compliance for projects.
- Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders

**Qualifications & Abilities**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
- Experience in Interior fit out project execution.
- Proficiency on writing formal mails.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
- Leadership & general management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and client satisfaction.
- Quick problem solving skills.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.
- Tech-savvy, and good in adopting digital and technological initiatives.
