**Responsibilities**:
**1. Talent Coordination**:

- Communicate with models to provide updates and invoices.

**2. Database Management**:

- Maintain and update talent portfolios and agency records.
- Organize and archive photos & videos

**3. Social Media Support**:

- Assist in content for the agency's social media platforms.
- Help in scouting new talent through digital platforms.
- Approach new brands through Social Media.

**4. Event & Shoot Support**:

- Help coordinate for shoots, castings, and other agency events.
- Provide on-site assistance during events or shoots as needed.

**5. Industry Research**:

- Research potential clients, collaborators, and trends in the fashion and modeling industry.
- Identify new opportunities for talent placement and brand partnerships.

**6. Administrative Tasks**:

- Handle day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations within the talent department.

**Qualifications**:

- A keen interest in the fashion and modeling industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, linkedin, etc.).
- Creativity, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
