**Job Title**: Administrative Executive
**Location**: Ghaziabad
**Job Type**: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, answering calls, and managing correspondence.
- Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets for various data and reporting purposes (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Assist with managing and organizing office files, documents, and records.
- Handle office coordination, including meeting arrangements, travel bookings, and event coordination.
- Prepare and generate reports based on data analysis and Excel functions.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by providing administrative support to various teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, data analysis).
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
