**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive(Female)**

**Location**: Pitampura, Delhi

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate leads through platforms like Amazon, IndiaMart, Trade India, and other online and offline sources.
- **Sales Calls**: Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential customers, qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer queries and present tailored solutions.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities, lead conversions, and customer feedback. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, with a focus on lead generation through platforms such as Amazon, IndiaMart, Trade India, etc.
- **Skills**:

- Proven track record in generating and converting leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of telesales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- **Location**: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pitampura, Delhi.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the Inside sales at Manufacturing and machineries field is a plus.
- Familiarity with additional lead generation platforms and tools.
