**Job Summary**:
The Accounts Reviewer (US Accounting) is responsible for reviewing financial records, statements, and transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), and adherence to company policies and procedures. They play a crucial role in identifying errors, irregularities, and potential financial risks, contributing to the overall financial integrity of the organization in the context of US accounting standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Review financial statements**: Analyze and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other relevant financial reports, in accordance with US GAAP. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.

2. **Verify transactions**: Examine and verify accounting records, including journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments, to ensure proper recording, classification, and compliance. Validate supporting documentation and ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards.

3. **Identify discrepancies**: Identify and investigate any discrepancies, errors, or irregularities in financial records. Perform detailed analysis to determine the root cause of discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

4. **Ensure US GAAP compliance**: Stay updated with the latest developments in US GAAP and accounting standards issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). Implement necessary adjustments to accounting processes and procedures to ensure compliance is met with regulatory requirements and company policies.

5. **Internal controls**: Assess the effectiveness of internal controls related to financial reporting in line with US GAAP. Recommend improvements to enhance control procedures and mitigate risks.

6. **Audit support**: Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits. Provide necessary documentation, explanations, and support to auditors to facilitate the audit process.

7. **Reporting and documentation**: Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing findings from the review process. Maintain accurate documentation of review activities, conclusions, and recommendations, ensuring alignment with desired requirements.

8. **Process improvement**: Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes and procedures to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and maintain compliance with US GAAP.

9. **Communication and collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and legal, to resolve issues, address concerns, and ensure consistent financial practices across the organization. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, to provide updates on findings and recommendations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification
, CPA is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Reviewer, or similar role, with a strong
understanding of US GAAP, financial analysis, and internal controls and thorough
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office suite (especially Excel).
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
