We prioritize security, with 0 data breaches to date, and our services include Bookkeeping, Accounting, Tax Preparation and Planning, Payroll, Virtual Assistance, and Staffing for all types of accounting roles.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and review day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks.• Prepare and review monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)• Handle bank reconciliations, AR/AP, journal entries, and general ledger adjustments• Prepare sales tax returns, 1099 filings, and ensure compliance with US accounting standards• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve accounting queries• Work efficiently on QuickBooks or similar US accounting softwareRequirements:• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in US Accounting.• Strong understanding of GAAP, reconciliations, and month-end closing.• Proficiency in QuickBooks / Xero (mandatory).• Excellent communication, review, and analytical skills.• Ability to work independently and manage client communications confidently.
