Senior Accountant – Family Office & Client Accounting | KPC About the Role KPC is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support the promoter family office and manage accounting for selected clients. The role calls for a dependable professional who can independently handle accounting, reporting and compliance matters with strong attention to detail. The position provides long-term exposure across investment reporting, financials, and multi-entity accounting. Key Responsibilities Client-Side Accounting Manage day-to-day accounting, general ledger management and month-end closure Oversee AP/AR, bank reconciliations, payroll entries and statutory ledgers Prepare schedules for audit, support GST/TDS working and data collation Review financials and coordinate with audit teams Handle client communication for accounting-related queries Family Office Maintain books of accounts for promoter family entities and individuals Manage investment accounting, including equity, debt, AIFs, PMS and other financial instruments Coordinate with bankers and internal teams Track capital movements and inter-entity transactions Manage periodic MIS, personal books of account and cash flow updates Support tax filings and related documentation Skills Required Strong accounting knowledge with ability to manage multi-entity books Proficiency in Tally/ZohoBooks and MS Office (especially Excel) Comfort in dealing with wealth managers, bankers, and promoters Ability to work independently with a structured, organised approach Strong communication and documentation abilities High integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information Qualifications B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred 7–10 years of relevant accounting experience Experience in family office accounting or investment accounting is an advantage Why Join KPC Opportunity to work closely with promoter groups and senior leadership Blend of family office and professional client-side accounting exposure Professional, collaborative workplace with strong learning opportunities Competitive remuneration aligned with experience Stable role with long-term growth prospects
