**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Admin Coordinator to support the administrative functions of the office. This role involves coordinating day-to-day operations, managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The position is suitable for both freshers looking to start their career in administration and experienced professionals who can contribute their expertise in a fast-paced office environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Administration**:
- Handle office supplies, inventory management, and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate office maintenance, including facility management, repairs, and housekeeping.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and conferences, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Maintain and manage office documentation, including filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
- **Communication**:
- Act as a point of contact between different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Draft, format, and proofread internal and external communications, reports, and presentations.
- **Schedule Management**:
- Manage and update schedules and appointments for senior executives or the management team.
- Coordinate calendars, set reminders for meetings, and ensure there are no scheduling conflicts.
- **Team Support**:
- Provide administrative support to various teams, assisting with project coordination and task follow-ups.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain HR-related documentation, including leave records and attendance.
- **Data Entry and Reporting**:
- Input data accurately into relevant systems and databases.
- Prepare reports related to office operations, supplies, and other administrative activities.
- **Other Duties**:
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team and the organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
**Requirements**:For Freshers**:
- **Educational Qualification**: A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Business Administration, Management, or related fields).
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- **Experience**:
- No prior experience required, although internships or academic projects in a related field are a plus.
- **Educational Qualification**: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in handling office supplies, facility management, and coordinating with vendors.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role.
- Prior experience in managing schedules, office communication, and documentation is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR-related processes (leave, attendance, etc.) is preferred.
