**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate Field Trial needs with Project Managers
- Provide hands on project management of field trial sites
- Work with Regional Marketing teams
- Ensure Field Trial agreements are initiated in a timely manner to hold to scheduled installation dates
- Coordinate field technicians to be onsite during installations and adhere to regional guidelines
- Act as the first point of contact for customer issues/defects at field trial sites during the duration of the

field trial
- Support cross functional teams and work with engineering team to define clear countermeasures and

development of solutions, working across product groups and geographies, when issues occur
- Provide value added services through a consultative, value-added approach
- Prepare communication plans and related field trial status reports and presentations

- Develop and manage field trial schedules ensuring on time delivery of agreed to milestones and

deliverables

Total Expreince: 3 - 5 years

Qualification : - BE


**Background and Skill**
- Project Management experience
- Experience in managing external customers
- Strong communications skills
- Fluent in English
- Distributed & multi-cultural team management experience
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects
