- Ensure accuracy in billing and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Provide support for billing-related inquiries from customers and internal teams.
- Assist in maintaining billing records and documentation.
- Assist in reviewing billing processes and identifying areas for improvement.

- Accuracy and timeliness in processing customer invoices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the billing team and other departments.
- Contribution to process improvements and efficiency gains in billing operations.
- Compliance with billing regulations and company policies.

**Person Specification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Technical Skills:
Compulsory:

- Basic understanding of billing processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with invoice preparation and processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

**Desirable**:

- Passion or interest in the field.
- Basic knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
